CATERING DIRECTOR

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, hospitality-focused Catering Director to lead a premier catering program supporting two campus café locations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional catering experiences, with a strong emphasis on executive-level and C-suite events, while partnering closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete catering process from initial inquiry through event execution, invoicing, and billing.
• Consult with customers to develop menus, coordinate event logistics, and accommodate special requests and dietary needs.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and Chef Manager to ensure exceptional food quality and seamless event execution.
• Oversee catering setup, presentation, and service standards, with a focus on executive and C-suite events.
• Develop innovative catering menus and seasonal offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
• Support café operations as needed to ensure overall operational success.
