Role Overview
The Catering Delivery Driver supports HUNGRY’s mission by transporting equipment and food from the Denver hub or vendor locations to client sites, setting up or dropping off orders, and ensuring a seamless, customer‑oriented experience.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 12 pm.
Responsibilities
- Pick up equipment at the Denver hub.
- Collect food from vendors and transport it to client sites.
- Complete designated set‑up or drop‑off tasks at events.
- Coordinate strategically with other HUNGRY team members.
- Operate efficiently with a customer‑oriented mindset.
- Professionally answer food‑related questions and guide guests.
- Communicate effectively to ensure all event elements are executed.
- Maintain high‑level attention to detail and an outgoing personality.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during events.
- Choose when and how much to work, based on personal availability.
Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation (vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance).
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Engaging, energetic, and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Food service, catering, or event experience is a plus.
Compensation
Gig‑dependent earnings averaging approximately $20‑$21 per hour, plus 100 % of client tips.
