Catering & Conference Services Coordinator

About the role

As part of the Catering and Events Team, you’ll be challenged consistently with a diverse range of responsibilities that keep the team running seamlessly. And you’ll be driven to grow quickly in SH’s fast-paced, high-volume, inspiring environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing catering events
• Manage event logistics including venue setup and breakdown
• Handle inventory and procurement of supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Passionate about Catering & Events with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
• Prior experience working in a hotel is highly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of hotel operations and event management principles
