Job Responsibilities
- Venue walk throughs
- Driving to and from venues as necessary
- Vendor coordination
- Client meetings
- Preliminary event logistics
- Packing up necessary equipment
- Onsite management of serving and bartending staff
- Being client's main point of contact
- Helping a client to pick out and design color schemes/eating ware/tablescape
Requirements
- Full-service catering background preferred
- Specialties or interest in weddings and social events are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- An eye for design
- An open and flexible schedule (M-F)
- Weekend availability needed
- Ability to drive large vans and box trucks
Qualifications
- Events management: 1 year
- Customer service: 1 year
