About the role

Join Aramark as a Bartender and help elevate our guests' experience by serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You'll work alongside passionate teammates, tap into consumer tastes, and build your career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process cash and credit card transactions
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including providing drinks from the service well
• Adhere to alcohol service policies, safe drinking guidelines, and verify patrons' identification for age requirements
• Follow cash handling policies and ensure security of company assets
• Set up, break down, clean, and sanitize workstations
• Take inventory counts and restock products to appropriate levels
• Provide excellent guest service, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a positive demeanor toward guests, clients, and coworkers

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
• Able to obtain all required Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications
• Demonstrates hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 25 lb
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
