Catering Bartender

What You'll Do

• Setting up and breaking down complete mobile bar stations using company equipment
• Transporting yourself reliably to venues throughout Portland and surrounding communities
• Providing warm, engaging, and professional service to every guest
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar throughout each event
• Working independently while also collaborating with our event team
• Following OLCC regulations and company service standards
• Representing Pearl Catering with professionalism from arrival to the last guest served

Requirements

• Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel throughout the Portland metro area and surrounding cities
• Valid OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain before employment)
• Ability to lift and move kegs, cases of beverages, and bar equipment
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require

Qualifications

Experienced behind the bar in restaurants, catering, or events
Friendly, energetic, and passionate about hospitality
Professionally groomed with a polished appearance
Comfortable working upscale weddings, corporate functions, and private events
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Excellent communicators with a positive attitude
Able to stay calm and organized during busy events
