Catering Attendant- Smoothie King Center

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
• Reports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in a timely manner
• Fulfills openings and closing duties as dictated by management
• Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends’ service standards
• Sets up, maintains, and breaks down for all functions
• Keeps up-to-date with food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
• Knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
• Abides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests
• Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment
• Communicates with Supervisors and Management
• Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium
• Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

• Catering experience preferred; orientation and on the job training are provided
• Pleasant, courteous, and enjoys working with people
• Team player, able to remain calm in stressful situations
• Positive body language, consistent positive guest services
• Generalizes, evaluates, makes decisions without immediate supervision
• Able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions
• At least 18 years old
• Willing to work varying hours according to the event schedule
• Able to work at a fast pace
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
