Catering Associate - Eataly Downtown

About the role

The Catering Associate coordinates daily catering orders to ensure flawless execution and reports to the Catering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering needs with all store departments
• Maintains relationships with existing customers through follow-up calls, promotional deliveries, and order follow-ups
• Manages daily administrative tasks
• Provides in-store consulting for special events and large catering orders
• Communicates regularly with call center, managers, and clients to ensure excellent execution
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in catering and sales management
• Advanced computer skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, often including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting

Pay

$17 - $18 per hour
