Category & Store Solutions Consulting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Category & Store Solutions Consulting Lead to join our dynamic team. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in product and solutions experience, coupled with expertise in retail customer data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions including performance UAT with the client and as part of a large team environment
• Develop and publish GTM enhancement overviews, product training content, and release updates for new feature launches across internal and client-facing channels
• Lead release share-outs and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance on product capabilities and driving a culture of execution excellence through strong communication and follow-up
• Conduct user research, gather and synthesize requirements, manage the product backlog, and support the Product Manager in capturing and actioning stakeholder feedback
• Translate product usage data into insights with clear, actionable recommendations for improvements and growth

Requirements

Essential qualifications include:

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject

Preferred Experience

• Experience using customer data analytics software and solutions, particularly assortment optimization products
