Responsibilities
- Manages the category strategy and procurement activities related to system management and card services.
- Develops and implements sourcing strategies to optimize costs, ensure quality, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align category objectives with business goals.
- Maintains the Schindler ZPOC2 Catalog and ensures efficient procurement processes, plus current pricing according to negotiated and approved values.
- Leads the Schindler Shape SAP implementation for SEC/TOR within the area of SAP MM and Purchasing, while transitioning field operations catalog procurement to a Shape solution.
- Provides impact summaries of supplier price changes and recommendations for mitigating cost exposures.
- Identifies under-performing areas in the supply chain and suggests improvements.
- Designs and implements methods to provide added value analytics in support of the supply chain management decision evaluation process.
- Projects management – working with mid- to senior-level stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in cost, process, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Data Science, Business Management, Economics (related)
- MS Office tools proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint (10+ years)
- Data Analysis - Spreadsheets/Databases/ERP Systems (10+ years)
- SAP/ERP system knowledge (10+ years)
- Project Management (10+ years)
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP configuration, structures, modules, functionality, data analytics, and reporting functions.
- Knowledge of the various interfaces and systems to SAP and changes underway with the SHAPE SAP Hanna, KG/KW split related methodology.
- Certified Data Analyst/related experience.
- Demonstrate costumer focus through improving performance.
- Possess solid leadership skills by demonstrating confidence and authority of expertise, clear vision of expectations, and champions success.
- Able to present materials and data clearly and articulately, able to present findings in a fact-based and professional way.
