Category Manager - Hardgoods

What You’ll Do

• Have full ownership of brand sales encompassing assortment, pricing, promotions, and brand performance.
• Delivers outstanding execution across vendor operations, including but not limited to item and content setup, ordering/forecasting, promotional planning, etc.
• Define the strategy to build the business, deliver rapid growth, launch new products, and expand your vendor relationships.
• Analyze market, customer, and data insights to elevate performance and refine strategies.

  What You’ll Need

  • Over three years of business experience in leading ecommerce business or brand.
  • Three years of category or brand management experience.
  • Strong comprehensive business insight.
  • Proficient in vendor management, product management, marketing, supply chain, operations, and project management.
  • Demonstrated success building and rapidly scaling new, complex businesses at high growth rate.
  • Proven operator, skilled in high quality go-to-market execution, with an unshakable growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication, strategic and analytical skills.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

    Pay

    The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

You will focus on building world-class customer experiences and delivering exponential growth through new innovative customer offerings and outstanding execution.
