About the role
The Construction Team at Fluidstack is responsible for owning construction, engineering, and professional services contract management within the Design, Engineering & Construction org. They are also involved in partner with Contracts leadership and business leaders on complex operations and spend initiatives, ensuring compliance with deal-to-contract policies and control frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own construction, engineering, and professional services contract management within the Design, Engineering & Construction org, including the tooling that runs it.
- Partner with Contracts leadership and business leaders on complex operations and spend initiatives, and keep deal-to-contract policies and control frameworks compliant.
- Build contract templates and clause libraries, and own the contract review process end to end.
- Deliver on budget planning and financial commitment monitoring, and drive resolution of key issues with legal, risk, and leadership.
- Optimize the quote-to-signature process, and share best practices and training across functional programs.
Requirements
- You've worked in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, and supply chain operations.
- You structure deals well and keep complex, multi-stakeholder contracting clean and compliant.
- You build playbooks and clause libraries, and you improve the process continuously.
- You work fluently in Google Workspace and an e-signing tool such as Adobe Sign.
- You communicate and present clearly across legal, finance, and construction stakeholders.

- Bonus: Construction or data center projects.
- GMP contract delivery.
- SAP, SRM, or BW reporting.
- Contracts playbook development.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options. We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
