Responsibilities
- Strategically manage specific product categories, ensuring portfolio health across key metrics including P&L.
- Develop category solutions that enhance end-user work by understanding their application needs.
- Lead new product introduction and pricing strategies.
- Assess the competitive landscape and partner with Product Management and Global colleagues to improve speed to market.
- Uncover new areas of growth for specific categories using market data, industry trends, and end-user insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key departments.
- Maintain working knowledge of Brand goals, strategies, and customer initiatives to quickly assess project requirements.
- Foster an open and enthusiastic communication style with internal customers to drive customer focus, flexibility, and responsiveness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive change and improve both process and project outcomes.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Category Management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Marketing or Category Management experience in the building materials industry, especially within the roofing sector, is a plus.
- High energy, motivated individual with a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
