In the role of Category Manager – Adjuncts, Filtration working in Milwaukee, WI you work closely with key stakeholders in brewery operations and Suppliers to manage all of North America's Corn Adjunct, Filtration & Co-products supply. The role will also lead for the development and execution of major category strategies, playing a key role in supplier relationship management and delivering significant value to the business.
This position reports to the Ingredients & Supply Partnerships Sr Director.

Pay And Benefits
- PAY: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $111,900.00 - $146,900.00 (posting salary range)
- INCENTIVE PLANS: + 15% target short term incentive
- BENEFITS: + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP

About the Role
The role will lead for the supply of Adjuncts, Filtration & Co-products with a total expenditure of approximately $175M.
Responsibilities
Leads in their category and team for people first culture. Take action to drive culture and on-going development within the wider team as well as themselves. Engage with and influence senior level internal stakeholders to align on needs and priorities. Will play a critical role in development of key relationships within the operation. Lead transformative projects, drive simplification, and best in class ways of working within their category. Will own the Adjuncts, Filtration & Co-products strategy for North America to drive supply chain stability and value. Maintain supplier relationships and performance, lead negotiations, conduct sourcing events. Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance and other measures of financial value. Mitigate supply issues of critical materials to minimize brewery downtime.
