- Partner in sales forecasting by analyzing historical performance, identifying growth drivers, and surfacing implications for future distribution opportunities.
- Lead data analysis for key sales initiatives, including retailer performance analysis and various ad-hoc analyses (sku assortment, promotion, voids, new item launches).
- Independently evaluate and validate business opportunities through rigorous analysis, clearly articulating the 'so what' and recommended next steps.
- Conduct analysis and insights that prove or disprove opportunities.
- Serve as a consultative partner to cross-functional teams by clarifying business questions, shaping analytical approaches, and prioritizing work based on business impact.
- Autonomously manage concurrent projects and requests of varying importance, urgency, and impact with the ability to adjust priorities based on opportunities/needs.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in category, sales, or commercial analytics, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills required; Previous experience working with SPINS, Nielsen or other syndicated research systems is required.
- Ability to deliver insights across a variety of formats as needed to tell the story to the given audience (verbal, email, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations).

- Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to influence audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders and retail partners.
- Demonstrated ability to frame data around business questions and draw actionable conclusions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and multitask.
- Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills.

How we work
We may be fully remote, but we’re anything but disconnected. OLIPOP has grown from a few passionate people around a table to a nationwide team, and we’ve done it without losing our collaborative spirit or sense of purpose.
What we value
- Mission Connectivity: Everything we do ladders up to our shared goal: supporting human health.
- Indomitable Spirit: When things get messy, we get inventive. We stay curious, adapt quickly, and find the path forward, most likely with a dedicated Slack thread and a beautifully overbuilt deck.
- Lead at Every Level: Leadership isn't about titles, it's about ownership. We speak up, follow through, and lift each other up. If you've got ideas and initiative, you've got influence.
- Courageous Humility: We're confident in what we bring and curious about what we don't know (yet). We give feedback with care, receive it with grace, and know that real growth takes both.
What we're looking for
- Think big, move fast, and take thoughtful risks
- Thrive in a high-performance, feedback-rich environment
- Value real human connection and honest collaboration
- Are fired up by building something new, and making it better every day
