Catcher Packer
You’ll be the final line of defense for our customers in a high-energy, precision-focused role that blends mental focus and physical endurance. This position is physically demanding, requiring the use of specialized muscle groups in your hands, wrists, and forearms. Ergonomic safety and proper form are prioritized to keep you healthy while performing repetitive motions. You will lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively throughout your shift (up to 40 lbs. occasionally) and maintain a high cadence while catching and packing cartons without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
- Inspect cartons in real-time to ensure they meet strict customer standards.
- Pack cartons efficiently, set up tapers/labelers, and operate ream cutters.
- Manage offline packing and quality re-work projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all PPE and ergonomic guidelines.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and a "quality-first" attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills to coordinate with your team.
- Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm) OR 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am), including some overtime and weekends to meet customer demand.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but we provide training for candidates with the right work ethic and physical drive.
