Catalyst Engineer

About the role
Install, integrate, and customize Cisco Software products focusing on cloud and networking automation. Lead on-site and remote customer engagements for proof of concepts, pilots, and production deployments. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to design and deliver end-to-end network solutions. Identify opportunities for network optimization and automation to enhance customer outcomes. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex enterprise network environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer-centric network solution design and service delivery.
- Expertise in Cisco Catalyst Switching, Catalyst Center, Enterprise Routing & Switching, and automation tools like Python and Ansible.
- CCIE certification or equivalent advanced certifications highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, and VRF.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to influence and guide customer decisions.
