Catalog Compiler - Part-Time
Responsibilities
Use manufacturer’s catalogs, websites, representatives, first-hand inspection, and other means to develop or revise product descriptions and develop charts/tables for catalogs and other sales materials.
Ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, imagery, and other catalog content are accurate and current.
Identify opportunities to improve catalog production workflows, efficiency, and accuracy.
Stay current with catalog production best practices.
Monitor own work to ensure quality, apply feedback to improve performance, and look for ways to improve and promote quality.
Attend industry events (Company Events, Trade Shows, and Motorsports Events) as a strong brand representative.
Work in a team environment.
Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, policies, training, and regulations.
Ensure established policies and procedures are followed.
Participate in continuous improvement project team activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED, required.
Associate degree, in Communications, Technical Writing, or related field, preferred.
2-5 years of related experience, required.
Basic proficiency in Adobe InDesign and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator, required.
Experience working with SEO management software/tools is a plus.
Experience working with product information, databases, spreadsheets, or content management systems, preferred.
Working knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, preferred.
Skills & Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other job-related equipment and software.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Able to manage large-scale projects with multiple deadlines and moving priorities.
Able to communicate effectively (clear and concise) through writing, speaking, active listening, and presentation.

Physical Demands
This is an office-type position that requires sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and use of hands.
