Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a highly qualified Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to be based in the Firm’s Irvine or San Francisco office. Exceptional candidates should have experience handling complex civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Preparing for and conducting depositions
• Motion practice
• Trial preparation

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California
• Member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Must reside in California

Hybrid/remote work schedule available.

• Excellent writing and analytical skills

Pay

Salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 per year, dependent on experience.
