Casualty Adjuster - Out of Territory $23.82 - $33.38 minimum starting pay Job Level: Individual Contributor Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. What You Will Be Doing Investigate, analyze, evaluate and settle insurance claims involving liability issues, auto physical damage losses and bodily injury losses arising outside of Shelter's operating territory, including AmShield Insurance Company. Perform complete liability, coverage, auto physical damage and bodily injury investigations. Determine validity of claims, verify coverage, establishe value of losses and negotiate settlements within limits of authority, consistent with established procedures and legal and contractual obligations. Coordinate claims handling of multiple adjusters, including independent adjusters.
