About the role

As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota
  • At least one year of relevant clinical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Knowledge of current nursing practices and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
