About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse who is committed to join our team and provide exceptional and compassionate care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment. This role will be responsible for delivering high‑quality nursing care, administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and support the daily clinical needs of our residents.
Available shifts
- 7:00am-3:00pm
- 3:00pm-11:00pm
- 11:00pm-7:00am
- Every other weekend only (holidays as needed)
Shift differential pay
- 2nd Shift (3pm—11pm): $3.00
- 3rd Shift (11pm—7am): $2.00
- Weekends: additional $1.00 + shift differential
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of Unit Managers and Director of Nursing within the scope of RN practice.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with facility policy.
- Participate in admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
- Work in partnership with nursing Admins team, physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Perform resident assessments and promptly report changes in condition to the supervising nurse or provider.
- Document all care, assessments, treatments, and observations in accordance with regulatory and facility standards in the Point Click Care system.
- Assist with care planning and ensure care is delivered according to individualized plans.
- Provide wound care, and other nursing procedures as needed.
- Maintain infection control standards and promote a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff while showing patience and empathy.
- Support and guide LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care and adherence to policies.
Minimum qualifications

Additional considerations
Previous nursing home, long‑term care, or geriatric experience preferred but not required.
