What Do You Need to Be Successful?

• Working towards or holding a minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• A valid WWCC.
• Availability to work 7 hours a day when called upon.
• Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of Mandatory Reporting, NQF, and EYLFA.
• Genuine love for early childhood education, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with families and the community.
