Your Role

• Inspire young minds by providing high-quality care and engaging educational experiences that spark curiosity and exploration.
• Create dynamic learning spaces by supporting the development of creative, age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment by promoting children's physical and emotional wellbeing, celebrating diversity, and fostering a sense of belonging.
• Build positive relationships by working collaboratively with team members, families, and children to strengthen our community spirit.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA).
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and making a difference in young lives.
• Experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
• A commitment to ongoing learning, development, and inclusivity.
• Availability to attend shifts Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm.
