Responsibilities

• Operate on the front lines as a CNA-NAR, ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices within their lives.
• Provide direct resident care.
• Report condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Chart in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have BLS Certification.

Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
