Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, plating and meal service
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Restock supplies and set up dining areas
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas and dishwashing
• Support the Chef while following food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, catering or hospitality
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with a professional presentation
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Hold a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Working With Children Check and undertake a National and International Criminal History Check
