Casting Finishing Machine Operator SK2 – Robot Grind Cell

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: $2 6.40 per hour, plus $1.50 shift premium
Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:00PM-5:18AM plus overtime

Opportunities

We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• PIV Certified and LOTO Certified for operation of the Robot Grind Cells
• Train to procedures for specification, grinding, and processing individual pieces along with physical and visual inspection of ware at various stages of process to ensure quality standards are met
• Other tasks required as assigned by supervision

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred

Physical Capability

• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight

Screening

• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check

Reliability

• Consistent attendance and work performance

Safety Compliance

• Follow all safety policies and procedures
