About the role

VIP Hosts are responsible for creating an exceptional experience for high-profile guests at our casino. They must be able to communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP guests to understand their preferences and tailor experiences accordingly
• Manage guest reservations and ensure smooth check-ins
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the VIP area
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
