About the role
Penn Play is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
- Process transactions and provide accurate billing information
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of hotel or travel industry benefits an asset
