Casino Valet Cashier

Accountable for all valet revenue and the final guest contact to ensure satisfaction. Reports to Valet Supervisor, Valet Manager, or Hotel Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Process credit-card and cash payments for parking and other services.
• Account for all revenue during shift.
• Monitor and document guest traffic flow in the valet lot.
• Track vehicle inventory and ensure smooth guest exit flow.
• Answer guest questions, provide directions, and issue wheelchairs.
• Check in baggage and dispatch attendants for retrieval.
• Staff the window, answer phones, and operate the automated system.
• Represent Choctaw Casinos professionally at all times.
• Follow established procedures of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Casinos, and local management.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle money and work under pressure during peak periods.

Pay

$13.18/hour + tips
