CASINO OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Oversight and training of Team Members in Table Games, Slots, and Bingo departments.
• Create and manage effective schedules for appropriate coverage of the departments.
• Resolve conflicts among Team Members.
• Support and promote Marketing programs.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and performance evaluations for Team Members, keeping Management informed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of Slot supervisory experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience handling cash is required.
• Basic knowledge of Casino Marketplace is preferred.
• Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Tolerance for secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends.
