Casino Operations Shift Manager

Responsible for

• Supervising staff and managing daily operations
• Supporting, administering, and managing operational goals
• Maintaining labor costs and meeting staffing objectives
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assisting in the budget process and providing recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with departmental budget initiatives
• Handling customer concerns and making final decisions in service recovery
• Accountability for chips, cards, dice, and gaming equipment
• Maintaining and processing paperwork, logs, schedules, and communication
• Addressing and managing team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances
• Maintaining strict confidentiality in departmental and company matters

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./ B.S.) from four-year college or university, or minimum of four years of experience in a comparable Table Games Operations leadership position
• Excellent skills in both written and oral communication
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of Table Games operating systems
• Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues in a diplomatic and tactful manner
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
• Extensive knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games Operations
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
