About the role

M Resort is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team on a Swing Shift basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a food service environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
