Casino Host Coordinator - Borgata

The Job

The primary duty of the Host Coordinator is to assist the Casino Marketing Manager, Marketing Executives, Executive Hosts, Casino Hosts, Marketing Hosts, and Branch Office Executives with all reservations and servicing high-end customers. Duties include inputting reservations into the appropriate booking system, processing reservations for various roles, completing revisions and cancellations, answering calls and emails, maintaining reservation queues, and occasionally assisting casino customers and processing credit card transactions.

The Ideal Candidate

• A High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of prior relevant experience
