Duties and Responsibilities
- Extends complimentary items and services to our guests by analyzing a guest’s play that is within the established guidelines
- Recruits new mid and high level players through various marketing activities such as direct mailers, telemarketing, referrals, on-floor monitoring of play and off-site functions
- Attracts, develops and maintains relationships with target customers through the delivery of personalized service
- Greets and hosts target customers while on property
- Surensures and promotes target customers have a player’s club card in use while on property
- Arranges for appropriate level of complementries during visit
- Arranges and assures execution of special services
- Utilizes HMS as a tool to document, track, and develop pipeline
- Appropriately resolves/deters customer complaints
- Conducts phone marketing to target customers; Invites them to the property or to special events
- Marks and fills promotional events, both hosted and casino related
- Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins
- Must attain goals to meet company objectives
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- One (1) year of Player Development experience – required OR Five (5) years’ experience in a quota based sales position – required OR One (1) year working in Hotel, Casino Concierge/Casino Marketing, or Player Services position with WCH – required
- Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition
- Must possess great communication, both written and verbal, and organizational skills
- Must be friendly, highly energized and self-motivated
- Must be able to achieve production goals and work in a high-pressure environment
- Able to handle guest service issues in a professional manner and recovering guests for future visits
- Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire shift
- Work very flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
Base Pay and Benefits
Compensation: $63,700.00 - $78,700.00 annually, with starting pay based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and skills.
