About the role

M Resort is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented EVS (Elevator Maintenance Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of all elevator systems within the resort.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of elevators to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
• Respond promptly to elevator malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep elevator lobbies and carriages clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and maintenance techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in elevator maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of elevator systems and components.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
