Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Cage and Rewards Center operations to ensure accuracy, security, and efficient service.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate Cage Supervisors and staff; manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and payroll approvals.
- Maintain departmental budgets and cash levels in accordance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, gaming regulations, and all Title 31/AML requirements.
- Develop policies, training materials, and performance documents for Cage team members.
- Investigate financial variances and coordinate with Audit, Surveillance, and Finance as needed.
- Communicate issues, updates, and promotional information to Cage staff and management.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for Cage personnel.
- Approve comps and marketing offers beyond supervisor limits.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED required.
- Five years of cage operations or banking experience preferred; guest service experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with strong cash handling and customer service skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Key Gaming License.
- Must meet and maintain all required certifications.
- Must successfully complete all required company training.
