About the role

Join our team of enthusiastic and dedicated professionals at Altitude Trampoline Park in Cincinnati and Mason. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a fun and safe environment for all guests.
• Monitor court activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Host parties and events, managing logistics and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Perform cash transactions and manage inventory as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
