Taziki's Café is a fast-casual restaurant brand with more than 90 locations in 17 states. Our menu is Mediterranean-inspired with a Southern flair, and our mission is to create an environment that combines modern Mediterranean fare with meaningful human connection.

About the role

You’ll be a Taziki’s Ambassador to guests for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture. Experience is great, but not required—we can teach you everything you need!

Responsibilities

• Place orders for guests and deliver them to our dining or pickup areas
• Understand and use POS (point of sale register)
• Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures
• Maintain Health Department Standards throughout each shift
• Follow proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures
• Perform shift-side work including opening and closing duties

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Energetic, ready to learn, and loves fresh food
• Good communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to work with passion and urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team as necessary
• Work flexible schedule
• Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy
• Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, the establishment, and the brand
• Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook)
• Obtain a Food Handler’s card shortly after beginning employment

Pay

Base pay starting at $11 per hour plus a high-paying tip pool. The option to get paid daily.

Schedule

• Morning shift: 9 am – 4 pm
• Evenings: 4 pm – 10 pm
• Weekends and holidays when applicable (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas)
• Hours will vary by store
