Cashier/ Traffic Director

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles into available parking spaces, ensuring all spaces are utilized correctly
• Provide top-notch customer service by directing/escorting guests to the nearest elevator or stairways
• Assist guests with locating their vehicles post-event and providing directions to major streets & freeways
• Report any safety hazards such as debris, water, or oil spills to the supervisor
• Direct and park guests with premium parking passes to designated areas
• Work closely with the garage supervisor to ensure the garage is cleared within the appropriate time frame (Outbound)
