Cashier/ Traffic Director

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles into available parking spaces, ensuring all spaces are utilized correctly.
• Provide top-notch customer service by directing/escorting guests to the nearest elevator or stairways.
• Assist guests with locating their vehicles post-event and providing directions to major streets & freeways.
• Report any safety hazards such as debris, water, or oil spills to the supervisor.
• Direct and park guests with premium parking passes to designated areas.
• Work closely with the garage supervisor to ensure the garage is cleared within the appropriate time frame (Outbound).

Requirements

Successful candidate(s) will be required to comply with The HEAT Group Vaccination Policy.
