Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and return misplaced items to the shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team.
• Provide feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues.
• Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with all other established company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to the direct leader.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years (must provide workers permit) or older.
• Highly organized with a keen sense of details.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Ability to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using various equipment.
• Ability to shine in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling efficiency.

The physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Some requirements may be modified to accommodate individuals with disabilities:

• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
• The work environment is typical of a retail store. The noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
• The front end of the store is partially cooler and must be able to adapt and be comfortable in a cooler-than-normal temperature environment.
• Minimal sitting is required.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00-$19.75. Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
