Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q has been serving up our famous smoked meats and signature sides to folks in the Southwest USA since 1989. Our pits are 100% wood fired with oak, a slower burning wood as opposed to mesquite. At Rudy’s, you can order as much or as little as you want, satisfying the individual or the largest group. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
• Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Arrive for your shift on time.
• Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively.
• Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
• Help kitchen staff when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good mathematical skills and able to work with a team.
