Cashier (RIM Restaurant)

Responsibilities

• Recording customers’ orders into the POS System, ensuring each and every request are fully and accurately entered.
• Taking money in the form of cash, credit card, or check.
• Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Balancing cash drawer by generating daily POS System reports on credit card transactions.
• Identifying customer issues/complaints and take necessary steps to correct them.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age;
• Knowledge of concepts of accounting and finance;
• Must be able to successfully pass an employment credit check and background;
• TABC and Texas Food handlers Certified;
• Credit Check required.
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
