Cashier/Receptionist

Krause Auto Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key front-line role responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer interaction starts with a positive, professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department
• Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
• Provide general administrative and front desk support
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
