About the Venue

Synovus Park is one of the newest and most modern minor league baseball and entertainment venues in the Southeast. Located in Columbus, Georgia, the ballpark is home to the Columbus Clingstones, the Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. Synovus Park hosts 69 professional baseball games each season while also serving as a year-round destination. The venue accommodates over 5,200 fans with expanded capacity for large-scale events, making it a premier gathering place for both sports and entertainment in the Chattahoochee Valley region.

Responsibilities

• Cover the register sales by entering the orders and completing the transaction.
• Maintain stock and supply levels and communicate to the Concessions Manager about low stock items.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space, including disposing of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
• Check guest's IDs in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Three or more months' experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• The ability to learn to operate a register and corresponding system is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests are essential.

This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00.
