EOE
We need to remove boilerplate: EOE, etc.
We need sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe age, etc.), Qualifications (maybe qualities), Skills (maybe communication, multitasking), Benefits (list), Pay (starting pay and potential increase), Schedule (flexible scheduling, weekly pay note maybe schedule). However schedule section only if posting actually states schedule specifics. It says: "We are hiring immediately for Cashiers to work all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts, and everything in between." Also "Flexible Scheduling" under benefits. So schedule section can include shift info.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
Let's extract:
Pay: Starting hiring pay at $14.00. Also within first year can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases. Also note weekly pay except some states bi-weekly. That's pay info.
Schedule: "We are hiring immediately for Cashiers to work all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts, and everything in between." Also "Flexible Scheduling" under benefits. So schedule section: mention all shifts, flexible scheduling.
Benefits: list: Weekly Pay (note exception), Closed on Major Holidays, Flexible Scheduling, No-Cost Therapy, Discounts on Entertainment and Lifestyle Purchases, No-Cost High School Diplomas, Paid Time Off (eligibility requirements apply), 401(k) with Employer Match (eligibility requirements apply), Healthcare Membership Program, Fitness Discount Program (18 or older). Also skills: excellent verbal and written communication, ability to multitask, etc. Might combine.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's decide sections:
- About the role: maybe a brief paragraph summarizing role (the first sentences). Could be: "As a Cashier at Raising Cane’s, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, filling drink orders, working the drive-thru, and playing an essential role in the Restaurant’s front of house. Cashiers can quickly advance their careers by taking on more responsibilities in other roles, such as Certified Trainer, and can move to the back of the house to be cross-trained on all positions. Cashiers play a critical role in our Restaurants as they guide the customer experience and interact with each customer who visits our Restaurant."
- Responsibilities: list of duties (greeting, assisting, drink orders, drive-thru, front of house, guide experience, interact, thrive in fast-paced, work all shifts, essential functions list). Could be bullet list.
- Requirements: age 16+, provide quick friendly service, work as team, assist others, work under pressure fast pace, align with culture, take initiative, comply with policies.
- Qualifications: maybe the qualities list (team player, excellent communicator, happy, courteous enthusiastic, hard working attentive, responsible dependable, authentic genuine, takes pride). Could be under Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe communication, multitasking, etc. But we could combine Qualifications and Skills; but we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have Qualifications include those qualities and skills. However the instruction says we can have sections like Qualifications, Skills. We need to include only if real specific content. We have both.
We could make Qualifications: list of qualities. Skills: list of specific skills (excellent verbal/written communication, ability to multitask, ability to show up on time, cleaning, taking orders, processing payments, safety procedures). But some of those are also responsibilities. Might be okay.
Benefits: list as above.
Pay: starting pay $14.00, potential increase up to $1.50 extra per hour within first year, weekly pay (except some states bi-weekly).
Schedule: all shifts (opening, closing, everything in between), flexible scheduling.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft.
We'll use
for each section heading. Inside sections, use
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences.
Let's produce.
Check for duplication: Ensure we don't repeat same info across sections unnecessarily but it's okay if it's distinct.
Let's draft.
About the role: paragraph as above.
Responsibilities: maybe combine duties and essential functions. Use
- .
List items:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Filling drink orders
- Working the drive-thru
- Playing an essential role in the restaurant’s front of house
- Guiding the customer experience and interacting with each customer
- Thriving in an upbeat, fast‑paced food service environment
- Working all shifts (opening, closing, and everything in between)
- Lifting and carrying, pushing or pulling heavy objects up to 50 lb
- Kneeling, bending, twisting or stooping
- Ascending or descending stairs
- Reaching and grasping objects (including above head and below waistline)
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication
- Showing up to scheduled shifts on time
- Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant
- Taking orders from customers and processing payments efficiently
- Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Ability to multitask
Requirements: list:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Provide all customers with quick and friendly service
- Work together as a team, assisting other crewmembers to ensure continuity of service
- Work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Align with Raising Cane’s culture by balancing hard work and having fun
- Take initiative
- Comply with company policies
Qualifications (qualities): list:
- Team player
- Excellent communicator
- Happy, courteous and enthusiastic
- Hard working and attentive
- Responsible and dependable
- Authentic and genuine
- Takes pride in doing a good job
Skills: maybe list specific skills not already covered: but we could skip Skills section to avoid thin. However we have many skills already in Responsibilities and Qualifications. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called "Qualifications & Skills". But instruction says we can have sections like Qualifications, Skills. We could make a single "Qualifications" that includes both qualities and skills. That might be acceptable.
But we need to decide: we already have Qualifications as qualities. We could add Skills as separate but risk thin. Let's see if we have enough distinct skill content: excellent verbal/written communication, ability to multitask, ability to show up on time, cleaning, taking orders, processing payments, safety procedures. Those are somewhat overlapping with responsibilities. Might be better to not create Skills section.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Check each for substantive content.
About the role: we have paragraph.
Responsibilities: we have list.
Requirements: list.
Qualifications: list of qualities.
