Cashier- Morning Shift

About the role

Border Foods, one of the largest privately held Taco Bell franchisees, is seeking Team Members for morning and daytime shifts. As a Team Member you will feed customers with great‑tasting food, provide excellent service, and represent the brand in every interaction. The role supports the company’s purpose to “Make Lives Better” and its Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Food Champion: Prepare food ingredients, assemble food orders, verify order accuracy, package products, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and stay knowledgeable about menu items and promotions.
• Service Champion: Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, thank customers, keep the dining area clean and safe, and stay knowledgeable about menu items and promotions.
• Follow priority sequence of safety, service, cleaning, and stocking.

Requirements

• Availability to work morning and/or daytime shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing great service to every guest.
• Reliability and flexibility to assist wherever needed.

Physical Demands

The position requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently throughout the workday. These demands may be met with or without reasonable accommodation, and duties may change over time.

Pay

$10 per hour – $20 per hour.
