Responsibilities

• Take orders and provide outstanding customer service through positive and professional interaction in person or on the phone
• Accurately process transactions using our POS system
• Uphold appearance and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Previous working experience in retail cashier or sales preferred
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners, money counters)
• Strong communication and time management skills with attention to detail
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Bilingual preferred
