About the role
The Cashier interacts with customers in a retail store, providing excellent customer service and accurately processing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the retail store, assisting with questions.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
- Ensure accurate cash handling.
- Price store merchandise as directed by store management.
- Stock merchandise on shelves as directed by store management.
- Manage customer returns as needed.
